TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the Regional-Stadtbahn Neckar-Alb Module 1 project, the substructure (shell) for a new pedestrian and cycle path underpass routing was constructed in advance at the future stop Tübingen freight yard station. The underpass crosses the tracks in the north at Schaffhausenstraße in the intersection area Brückenstraße, and in the south at Hanna-Bernheim-Straße in the area Max-Löwenstein-Weg. Access to the pedestrian underpass in the south is via a 65 m long ramp along Max-Löwenstein-Weg and a stairway. In the north, access is via a cycle ramp, a stairway and a lift. For commissioning, the surfaces in the access area and on the ramp itself must be constructed. - Forecourts at Schaffhausenstraße and Hanna-Bernheim-Straße with: - paving works in the pedestrian underpass and the associated - paving works in Hanna-Bernheim-Straße, Max-Löwenstein-Weg and the - outdoor lighting including - planting works on the ramp facility Max-Löwenstein-Weg.
