TENDER DESCRIPTION

The collective of multiple municipalities within the water board area Rijn & IJssel and the Water Board R&IJ wishes to award a contract to a single contractor for the supply and maintenance of a Regional Main Post for a number of municipalities within the water board area Rijn & IJssel and a connection with the Main Post of Water Board Rijn and IJssel. The Main Post is a SAAS solution that is directly accessible via a web browser. In this context, the Contractor is also responsible for providing the communication between the Main Post and the equipment or indirect Main Post. The municipality of Oude IJsselstreek acts as lead contracting authority in this procurement for 13 parties (which we refer to hereinafter as ‘Participants’); these are: municipalities Aalten, Berkelland, Bronckhorst, Doesburg, Duiven (1Stroom), Lochem, Montferland, Oost Gelre, Oude IJsselstreek, Westervoort (1Stroom), Zevenaar, Zutphen and Water Board Rijn and IJssel.
