TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of a regional framework agreement with a supplier for the delivery of fire protection clothing, consisting of jackets and trousers, including subsequent deliveries as well as repair and maintenance services. The procurement is carried out jointly for the Zweckverband Feuerwehr Werdenberg Süd and the fire brigades of Grabs, Gams and Sennwald. The Werdenberg Fire Brigade Association assumes the administrative conduct and coordination on behalf of the participating contracting authorities. The estimated procurement volume includes 340 sets, each consisting of one jacket and one pair of trousers, in accordance with the quantity schedule. The quantities are non-binding estimates and do not constitute any minimum purchase commitment. Orders are placed independently by the individual contracting authorities as required. The initial term is five years, with two extension options of two years each. The maximum contract duration is nine years. The contract start is expected to be in the first quarter of 2027.
