TENDER DESCRIPTION

The estimated contract volume for the service period 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029 is approx. 6,444 (2,148 per year) contract orders with an assumed total volume of 6,444 (2,148 per year) hours. Optionally, an additional total of 1,074 (3,222 per year) contract orders (quantity option) with an estimated total volume of 3,222 (1,074 per year) hours for the service period 01.09.2026 to 31.12.2028 may be awarded. Once the total number of estimated contract orders and optional orders of 9,666 is reached, the framework agreement loses its effectiveness. Optionally, the framework agreement may be extended by 1 year, at the latest until 31.12.2030 (extension option). The planned quantity for the period of the optional extension is a total of approx. 2,148 contract orders with a forecast volume of 2,148 hours. In addition, during the optional period up to 31.12.2030, a further 1,074 contract orders may be commissioned optionally with an estimated volume of 1,074 hours (quantity option). The contracting authority has no obligation to place calls for the estimated total quantity or the options, both with regard to the quantity and the extension.
