TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Regulation of the road verge along voivodeship road No 591 on the section Kętrzyn – Mrągowo. 2. The Contractor shall perform the subject matter of the contract in accordance with construction practice, applicable provisions of law and the Detailed Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works – constituting Appendix No 6 to the SWZ. 3. The detailed scope of the contract is set out in the Offer Cost Estimates separately for each part of the contract – constituting an integral part of the SWZ. 4. During the term of the contract, the Contractor is required to have at its disposal persons and technical potential (tools, plant equipment and technical devices) in the assortment and quantities necessary for the proper and timely performance of the contract. 5. The Contractor is required to carry out the full scope of works that is necessary from the point of view of provisions of law, technical knowledge and construction practice to achieve the final effect specified by the subject matter of the contract. 6.
