TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the Project for rehabilitation of the municipal roof cover. The current municipal roof cover is used for the storage of potassium and machinery for snow. It consists of perimeter retaining walls made of reinforced concrete with a height of 1.45 m, on which there is a retractable canvas cover. The flooring is metallic and is severely deteriorated due to oxidation, and the cover is torn and has leaks. The roof cover has external dimensions of 5.23 x 5.58 m and an internal clear height of 3.5 m. The roof cover is gabled (two slopes) with a 30% pitch. During the rehabilitation process of the existing roof cover, the height will be modified so that the municipal tractor and its equipment can access its interior. The canvas and the existing metal structure will be dismantled using manual means. The new structure will be made up of steel columns and beams. The columns will be anchored to the existing concrete wall by means of base plates anchored with threaded rods or ribbed bars with chemical anchoring.
