TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the construction of a new Kranioprogram building, which will be connected by a new link to the existing “Parkpavilon” building, as well as to new physiotherapy exercise rooms and administrative premises. In the basement of the new building, underground parking spaces for both patients and employees will be created, along with areas for backup sources of electrical power. Further, the subject of this public contract is the reconstruction of the historic part of the building to make use of the vacated spaces after operations moved to the new Kranioprogram building, the increase in capacity of the facilities for staff, the modernisation of operating areas, and the construction modifications needed for the communication connection between the two buildings. As part of the changes in the existing buildings, the expansion of accommodation capacity for clients is also included.
