TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the construction of a new building for the Kranioprogram, which will connect with a new wing to the existing “Parkpavilon” building, as well as new physiotherapy exercise rooms and offices/administration. In the basement of the new building, underground parking spaces for both patients and employees will be created, along with areas for backup sources of electrical power. Furthermore, the subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the historical part of the building to use the vacated spaces after operations moved to the new Kranioprogram building, an increase in the capacity of facilities/background for staff, the modernization of operational spaces, and construction modifications necessary to ensure communication/connection between the two buildings. The changes in the existing buildings will also include the expansion of accommodation capacity for clients.
