TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the construction of a new building of the Kranioprogram, which will connect via a new wing to the existing building “Parkpavilon”, as well as new physiotherapy exercise rooms, and offices. In the basement of the new building, underground parking spaces will be created for both patients and employees, and areas for backup sources of electrical power. Furthermore, the subject of this public contract is the reconstruction of the historical part of the building for the use of spaces released by operations moved to the new Kranioprogram building, the increase of capacity of facilities for staff, the modernisation of operational areas, and the construction modifications required for the communication connection of the two buildings. The changes to the existing buildings also include an expansion of accommodation capacity for clients.
