The core scope of work and statement of work summary includes:

• Lot 02 Gros oeuvre / Demolition: This involves demolition work, such as creating openings, niches, and passages for ducts, along with reinforcing existing structures using concrete frames, lintels, jambs, and posts. It also covers the rehabilitation of the building's infrastructure, including ground preparation (cleaning, stripping, excavation, debris evacuation), establishment of a 30cm form layer, installation of a capillary anti-rise membrane, creation of a 13cm thick smooth finished slab, and a 14cm IGLU type slab with a 6cm concrete slab. Further reinforcement work includes concrete sommiers and strengthening of upper floors with IPE beams and concrete posts, and the creation of new concrete floors.
• Lot 04 Etanchéité (Waterproofing): This lot entails the waterproofing of buried walls and areas under hard protection (e.g., deactivated concrete), as well as the creation of terraces with wood decking and thermal insulation. It also covers liquid waterproofing applications and the installation of joint covers.
• Lot 06 Menuiseries intérieures (Interior Joinery): The responsibilities for this lot include the supply and installation of various types of interior doors, such as full stratified, 41dB and 53dB acoustic insulated doors, along with the provision of pre-frames and fixed glazed frames.
• Lot 09 Electricité (Electricity): This lot covers comprehensive electrical installations and low current systems. Deliverables include the distribution and connection of VDI (Voice, Data, Image) networks with cabling, communication panels, RJ45 sockets, patch bays, and USB sockets, including testing and commissioning. It also involves the installation of Wi-Fi (indoor terminals and conduits), Television/FM systems (radio mast, various antennas, lightning protection, amplifiers, multiswitches, cabling, TV/FM and HDMI sockets, commissioning), access control systems (badge readers, electric strikes, cabling, commissioning), video surveillance (recorders, control screens, dome and outdoor cameras, cabling, commissioning), and anti-intrusion alarms (control panel, detectors, sirens, cabling, commissioning). Fire safety systems (Type 4 alarms, manual triggers, diffusers, cabling, smoke detectors, commissioning) are also part of this lot. Furthermore, it includes the setup of a GTC (Technical Centralized Management) supervision station for centralizing technical alarms (CVC, fire, intrusion), archiving, historical data recording, and commissioning. Finally, the lot covers the provision of a magnetic induction loop (BIM), CONSUEL certification, and DOE (As-built documentation).
• Lot 10 CVC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning): This lot involves the supply and installation of plumbing networks (PVC, multilayer, copper, steel), sanitary equipment (WCs, sinks, showers, urinals, water heaters, mixing valves), and evacuation networks (EU/EV) including acoustic insulation. It also covers the installation of a lifting station, creation of primary ventilation, and acquisition of GTC equipment with open protocols. Ancillary services include noise calculation notes, system rinsing, studies and synthesis, balancing of air and hydraulic networks, system fine-tuning, participation in airtightness tests, operator training, and the creation of a start-up file.
