Place of performance: Résidence Cartault in PUTEAUX consisting of 3 buildings: 4, rue Cartault, 4 bis rue Cartault, 6, rue Cartault - Works on CARTAULT 1 i.e. 4, rue Cartault (Firm tranche and Optional tranches), - Works on CARTAULT 2 i.e. 4 bis and 6, rue Cartault (PSE). The works covered by this contract are therefore handled as General Contracting (EG) in a single lot (one single and unique works contract) with a work programme broken down into macro-lots: - Lot no. 0 - Site organization - Lot no. 1 - Demolition - structural work - linings - plastering - tiling - faience - exterior fittings - Lot no. 2 - Facades - Lot no. 3 - Roofing - waterproofing - Lot no. 4 - Locksmithing - metalwork - Lot no. 5 - Exterior joinery - Lot no. 6 - Interior joinery - Lot no. 7 - Painting - Lot no. 8 - Floor coverings - Lot no. 9 - Plumbing - ventilation - heating - Lot no. 10 - Electricity - Lot no. 11 - Ventilation The works specific to each "trade" are detailed in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP).
