Réhabilitation des vestiaires et de la salle de sport du gymnase du CISM de Reims Witry

The contract timeline is as follows:

The overall duration for all lots is 20 weeks, commencing from the date specified by the service order that initiates the works. This 20-week period incorporates a 6-week preparation phase, which also begins with a service order. During this preparation period, the project manager will develop the detailed execution schedule and its phasing, following the receipt of a provisional calendar for each lot. The specific deadline for each individual lot will be outlined in this provisional execution calendar. The detailed execution calendar must be finalized and communicated to each lot holder before the conclusion of the preparation period. The execution start date for each lot is set by a service order.

The core scope of work for this tender is the rehabilitation of the changing rooms and the sports hall of the CISM REIMS WITRY gymnasium. This public works contract is divided into six separate lots, with the following core deliverables for each:

• Lot N°1 - Desamiantage (Asbestos Removal): Deposit and evacuate the identified asbestos EU conduit.
• Lot N°2 - Démolition - Gros Œuvre (Demolition - Structural Work): Perform necessary demolitions, removals, and evacuations (concrete screeds and slabs, dry and brick partitions, interior joinery, false ceilings, insulation, and various sanitary equipment), and carry out various slab and masonry works, including repairs to the existing wastewater network.
• Lot N°3 - Agencement Intérieur (Interior Layout): Create partitioning for new premises, supply and install interior joinery, and supply and install suspended ceilings.
• Lot N°4 - Electricité (Electricity): Consign and neutralize existing electrical networks in the building, and create necessary electrical installations for the new premises.
• Lot N°5 - Plomberie - Ventilation (Plumbing - Ventilation): Consign and neutralize existing networks (water, ventilation, etc.) in the building, and create necessary plumbing and ventilation installations for the new premises.
• Lot N°6 - Peinture - Revêtements de Sol - Revêtements Muraux (Painting - Floor Coverings - Wall Coverings): Paint the new premises, and install flexible floor coverings, tiling, and faience.

The overall execution period for the works is twenty (20) weeks, including a six (6) week preparation period. Variants initiated by the candidate are not authorized, and there are no optional additional services for this market.
