TENDER DESCRIPTION
The project concerns the complete reconstruction of the two tanks of the Sainte Claire reservoir, with a total capacity of 16,000 m3, as well as the renewal of hydraulic, electromechanical equipment and ancillary works related to its operation. This phase of the procedure is a call for expressions of interest. The draft procurement documents (DCE) are attached for information; the final DCE will be sent only to selected candidates. The procedure is divided into two distinct phases: - The current call for expressions of interest phase, after which candidates admitted to submit a bid will be selected; the tender documents will be sent to them (expected date: 09/10/2026). - A second phase of submission of bids, after which the contract awardee(s) will be chosen. The expected deadline for submission of bids is the end of January 2027. Companies are invited to submit their best offer immediately, the contracting authority reserving the right to award the contract based on initial offers without negotiation.
