TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the turnkey delivery of three complete, new and unused collection vehicles with a crane. In addition, RMN has the unilateral right to purchase, during the term of the agreement, up to two additional vehicles. RMN is not obliged to exercise these options. For the optional vehicles, tenderers therefore cannot derive any guaranteed purchase quantity or revenue guarantee. RMN also wishes to retain the possibility to purchase, for at most one of the two optional vehicles, a fully electric version. The contract will not be divided into lots. The vehicles must function as one integrated system.
