The overall service for cleaning the Federal Police Academy in Lübeck is divided into six specialist and/or quantity lots, which, for technical reasons, are mapped in six procedures (VV): Lot 1 – B 24.19 – 1958/23/VV :1: Ongoing and required cleaning of the accommodations for training and further training for the Federal Police Academy in Lübeck includes a floor-cleaning scope in building 1 (DRL) of an average of 86,782.08 m² per month, an estimated required cleaning scope of 96 hours per year, and a basic cleaning scope of approximately 3,660 m² per year. The floor-cleaning scope in building 2 (UKF) is 117,594.00 m², an estimated required cleaning of 96 hours per year, and a basic cleaning scope of 4,215 m². ². The performance of the cleaning services contractually owed begins on 01.02.2027 and ends on 31.01.2032. There is an option to extend the contract, after expiry of the fixed term, up to two times for one year each.
