TENDER DESCRIPTION

The overall contract for the cleaning of the Federal Police Academy in Lübeck is divided into six specialist and/or quantity lots, which are mapped for technical reasons in six procedures (VV): Lot 1 - B 24.19 - 1958/23/VV :1: The maintenance and required cleaning of the accommodation for training and further training for the Federal Police Academy in Lübeck includes a floor-cleaning scope in building 1 (DRL) of an average of 86,782.08 m² per month, an estimated required-cleaning scope of 96 hours per year and a basic-cleaning scope of approximately 3,660 m² per year. The floor-cleaning scope in building 2 (UKF) is 117,594.00 m², an estimated required cleaning of 96 hours per year and a basic-cleaning scope of 4,215 m². ². The performance of the contractually owed cleaning services begins on 01.02.2027 and ends on 31.01.2032. There is an option to extend the contract after expiry of the fixed term up to two times for a further one year each time.
