The overall service for cleaning the Federal Police Academy in Lübeck is divided into six specialist and/or quantity lots, which for technical reasons are mapped in six procedures (VV): Lot 1 - B 24.19 - 1958/23/VV :1: Maintenance and required cleaning of the accommodation for initial training and continuing training for the Federal Police Academy in Lübeck includes a floor-cleaning scope at site 1 (DRL) of an average monthly 86,782.08 m², an estimated required-cleaning scope of 96 hours per year, and a basic-cleaning scope of approximately 3,660 m² per year. The floor-cleaning scope at site 2 (UKF) is 117,594.00 m², an estimated required cleaning of 96 hours per year, and a basic-cleaning scope of 4,215 m². ² The performance of the cleaning services owed under the contract begins on 01.02.2027 and ends on 31.01.2032. There is an option to extend the contract, after expiry of the fixed term, up to two times by one year each time.
