The overall service for cleaning the Federal Police Academy in Lübeck is divided into six specialist and/or quantity lots, which for technical reasons are shown in six procedures (VV): Lot 1 - B 24.19 - 1958/23/VV :1: The maintenance and requirement cleaning of the accommodation for training and continuing education for the Federal Police Academy in Lübeck includes a floor-cleaning scope at building/site 1 (DRL) of an average of 86,782.08 m² per month, an estimated requirement-cleaning scope of 96 hours per year and a basic cleaning scope of approximately 3,660 m² per year. The floor-cleaning scope at building/site 2 (UKF) is 117,594.00 m², an estimated requirement cleaning of 96 hours per year and a basic cleaning scope of 4,215 m². ². The performance of the cleaning services contractually owed begins on 01.02.2027 and ends on 31.01.2032. There is an option to extend the contract after the fixed term has expired by up to two times for a further one year each time.
