The overall service for cleaning the Federal Police Academy in Lübeck is divided into six subject and/or quantity lots, which are mapped for technical reasons in six procedures (VV): Lot 1 - B 24.19 - 1958/23/VV :1: The maintenance and ad-hoc cleaning of the accommodation for training and further training for the Federal Police Academy in Lübeck includes a floor cleaning scope in property 1 (DRL) of an average of 86,782.08 m² per month, an estimated ad-hoc cleaning scope of 96 hours per year and a basic cleaning scope of approximately 3,660 m² per year. The floor cleaning scope in property 2 (UKF) is 117,594.00 m², an estimated ad-hoc cleaning of 96 hours per year and a basic cleaning scope of 4,215 m². ². The execution of the cleaning services contractually owed begins on 01.02.2027 and ends on 31.01.2032.
