General description of the services 1.1 Services to be performed 1.1.1 Subject of the service The subject of this tender is the performance of cleaning and inspection services with traffic safety responsibilities for the stormwater facilities of the City of Bernau near Berlin, including all districts. For the scope stated in the bill of quantities, the contracting authority (AG) is under no obligation to accept. The quantities tendered correspond to the scope of performance for one calendar year. 1.1.2 Scope of services The tender includes the service area of cleaning and inspection of - stormwater pipelines - stormwater manholes - road gullies with pipework - special structures Work orders for cleaning and inspection of the stormwater facilities are issued by the contracting authority in writing, with purchase order number. In urgent cases, e.g. when remedying emergencies (havarien), the order is first placed verbally or by telephone; in this case, the written order is subsequently provided by the contracting authority.
