TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the award comprises cleaning, commercial services, winter maintenance and window cleaning services for a total of eleven properties in Ravensburg and Weingarten. The contract is divided into six lots. Lots 1 to 4 and lot 6 have a base term from 01.01.2027 up to and including 31.12.2030. There are two unilateral extension options by the contracting authorities, each for twelve months, up to a maximum of 31.12.2032. Lot 5 includes winter maintenance for the four winter seasons 2027/2028, 2028/2029, 2029/2030 and 2030/2031. There are extension options for the winter seasons 2031/2032 and 2032/2033. The total scope including the individual buildings, rooms, areas, cleaning intervals, annual quantities, as-needed items and options results from the specification and the individual room calculations for lots 1 to 6. The as-needed and deployment quantities stated there are estimated quantities and quantities for evaluation; a minimum order quantity exists only insofar as this is expressly specified in the tender documents.
