TENDER DESCRIPTION

Ongoing maintenance cleaning includes - daily cleaning and care of all floor coverings; this also includes corridors and stairwells - daily cleaning of the accommodation areas used jointly by residents, including furniture (see Appendix: common rooms, with the exception of the rooms of the medical station) - 2 times per day cleaning of the vestibule, reception area and info point, canteen (dining area) - in the period between 9 and 11 a.m. and in the period between 2 and 4 p.m. - - 2 times per day cleaning of the residents’ shared sanitary areas - in the period between 8 and 10 a.m. and between 4 and 6 p.m. - If the facility management determines an additional need, further cleaning shall also be carried out. - 2 times per day cleaning of the sanitary areas for the staff working in the facility - in the period between 6 and 7 a.m. and between 5 and 6 p.m. - - weekly cleaning of items of room fittings as well as play and activity materials - 2 times per week cleaning of the premises used by the client and the security service including the gatehouse container as well as the care service provider - on non-consecutive days - - monthly cleaning of the heating radiators, interior and…
