TENDER DESCRIPTION

The regular maintenance cleaning includes - daily cleaning and care of all floor coverings; this also includes corridors and stairwells - daily cleaning of areas used jointly by residents incl. furniture, (see annex: communal rooms with the exception of the rooms of the medical station) - 2 times per day cleaning of the vestibule/entry area, reception area and infopoint, cafeteria (meal area) — in the time period between 9 and 11 o’clock and in the time period between 14 and 16 o’clock — - 2 times per day cleaning of the communal sanitary areas for residents - in the time period between 8 and 10 o’clock and between 16 and 18 o’clock — If, on the part of the facility management, additional need is identified, further cleaning measures shall also be carried out - 2 times per day cleaning of the sanitary areas for the staff working on site at the facility - in the time period between 6 and 7 o’clock and between 17 and 18 o’clock — - weekly cleaning of items used for room furnishings as well as play and activity materials - 2 times per week cleaning of the rooms used by the client and the security service including the gate/guard container as well as the care service provider — on…
