TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1 covers the sports hall complex at the Sportforum Berlin. There are 18 units with a total cleaning area of 21,864.75 sq m. The contractor must professionally, quality-assured and in an environmentally responsible manner clean and maintain the sports facilities of the State of Berlin. This includes, in particular, regular, usually daily maintenance cleaning of all areas specified in the tender, including sanitary areas, sports halls and ancillary rooms, removal of visible soiling, compliance with special cleaning requirements for different types of sports flooring, cleaning of stainless-steel basins and, if required, carrying out deep cleaning. For this purpose, the contractor must provide suitable and reliable staff as well as all necessary machines, equipment and cleaning agents, comply with environmental, hygiene, safety and quality requirements, report damage and defects immediately, keep the facilities in a usable and hygienically flawless condition, and prepare a measurement report for the cleaning areas that is suitable for verification within four weeks after the start of the contract.
