TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Hoyerswerda is the sponsor of 4 primary schools, 1 secondary school (Oberschule) and 2 grammar schools (Gymnasien). The contracting authority intends to award, for the above-mentioned schools, maintenance, basic and window cleaning services, starting from 01.08.2027 until 31.07.2031, separately. This invitation to tender covers maintenance, basic and window cleaning at the Léon-Foucault-Gymnasium including the sports hall. The requirements for the services to be provided arise from the specifications of performance, Annex 1 to the specifications of performance, as well as the area and scope of services schedules. Place where the services are to be provided: Léon-Foucault-Gymnasium incl. sports hall Dietrich-Bonhoeffer-Straße 20 02977 Hoyerswerda; Area for maintenance cleaning daily (excluding holiday periods): approx. 8055 m²; Area for deep/basic cleaning annually: approx. 9118 m²· Area for window cleaning annually: approx. 3126 m²
