TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Hoyerswerda is the sponsor of 4 primary schools, 1 secondary school (Oberschule) and 2 grammar schools (Gymnasien). The contracting authority intends to award the contract for the above-mentioned schools for maintenance, basic and glass cleaning, starting from 01.08.2027 to 31.07.2031, separately. The subject matter of this invitation to tender is maintenance, basic and glass cleaning at the Léon-Foucault-Gymnasium including the sports hall. The requirements for the services to be provided are set out in the specification of services (leistungsbeschreibung), Annex 1 to the specification of services, as well as the schedule of areas and services. Place of performance: Lessing Gymnasium incl. sports hall, Bonhoefferstraße 1, 02977 Hoyerswerda; area for maintenance cleaning daily (excluding school holiday time): approx. 6742 m²; area for basic cleaning annually: approx. 7696 m²· area for glass cleaning annually: approx. 1695 m²
