TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority is Stadtverkehrsgesellschaft mbH Frankfurt (Oder) (hereinafter also referred to as SVF), which is the municipal transport service provider for the city of Frankfurt (Oder). The SVF transports approximately 11 million passengers annually using 26 buses and 24 trams. The SVF has a depot. Within a building complex there are the administration, its workshops, the warehouse, the bus and tram storage sheds, and the car wash facility. In a separate building there is the operations control center, the main cashier’s office and additional offices. In addition, there are two customer centers in the city center. With this tender, the SVF wishes to procure cleaning services for all areas, including vehicle cleaning.
