TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is Stadtverkehrsgesellschaft mbH Frankfurt (Oder) (hereinafter also referred to as SVF), which is the municipal transport service provider of the city of Frankfurt (Oder). The SVF transports approximately 11 million passengers per year using 26 buses and 24 tramways. The SVF has an operating depot. In a building complex there are the administration, workshops, the warehouse, as well as the parking halls for buses and tramways and the car-wash facility. In a separate building there are the control centre, the main cash office and additional offices. In addition, there are two customer centres in the city centre. With this invitation to tender, the SVF wishes to procure cleaning services for all areas, including vehicle cleaning.
