TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is Stadtverkehrsgesellschaft mbH Frankfurt (Oder) (hereinafter also referred to as SVF), which is the municipal public transport operator of the City of Frankfurt (Oder). The SVF carries approximately 11 million passengers per year with 26 buses and 24 trams. The SVF has a depot. The administration, workshops, the warehouse as well as the bus and tram stabling halls and the car wash facility are located there in a building complex. In a separate building there is the control centre, the main cash office and other offices. In addition, there are two customer centres in the city centre. With this tender, the SVF intends to request cleaning services for all areas, including vehicle cleaning.
