TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the renewal/reactivation and provision, for a period of 24 months, of the technical support services related to the existing Oracle licenses, for the entire licensing configuration used by the Contracting Authority. The requested technical support services include the rights and benefits related to the Software Update License & Support services applicable to the licensed Oracle products, as well as the technical assistance activities carried out by specialized personnel, necessary for the installation, configuration, administration, updating, application of patches, implementation of upgrades, monitoring, optimization, maintenance, and proper operation of the supported Oracle software products. The technical support services will be provided for the following configuration: • Oracle Database Enterprise Edition – Processor Perpetual – 32; • Oracle Diagnostics Pack – Processor Perpetual – 32; • Oracle Real Application Clusters – Processor Perpetual – 32; • Oracle Multitenant – Processor Perpetual – 32; • Oracle Tuning Pack – Processor Perpetual – 32; • Oracle Partitioning – Processor Perpetual – 32.
