TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks to establish framework agreements with a single travel platform service provider to deliver a comprehensive self-service travel management platform for Omniva group employees, enabling continuous access to a wide range of travel arrangement services. The core scope includes facilitating the purchase of transport tickets (ferry, bus, train, flight), accommodation booking, car rental, group trip organization, and event venue finding, alongside booking modification and cancellation support. The platform must be cloud-based, accessible via web browser and mobile, integrate with Azure AD for Single Sign-On, offer API capabilities, provide CSV/Excel export, and support Outlook calendar integration, all while adhering to GDPR compliance, high system availability, and specified vulnerability remediation timelines. The agreement will be in force for 24 months, with a possibility for a 6-month extension or until the maximum contract value is reached, and requires bidders to have a total tax debt of less than 100 euros. The service fee must encompass all necessary costs, including platform access, user licenses, administration, and booking processing.
