TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom (hereinafter Traficom) requests a tender for the provision of public transport services for the period 7.6.2027-2.6.2030 on the route Mynämäki-Nousiainen-Masku-Turku (more detailed route specification is provided in the annex to the tender request). The contract includes an option to extend the contract for the period 3.6.2030-5.6.2033. The exact start and end dates of operations are determined in accordance with the school year. The transport is procured under a gross contract. A gross contract means a public transport service contract within the meaning of the Regulation on Public Service Contracts (1370/2007) and the Act on Public Procurement in the Sectors (1398/2016), in which the fare revenue risk is borne by the contracting authority of the transport. For the transport included in this procurement, an exclusive right in accordance with the Regulation on Public Service Contracts is granted by a separate administrative decision.
