TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Work "Reconstruction and Supplementation of the Transmission Network for ERTMS - Supplementation of GSM-R BTS" is: a) Preparation of the Project Documentation for the Implementation of the Railway Construction (PDPS), which elaborates and defines the requirements for the construction in detail, specifying the subject of the Work taking into account specific products, supplied technology, technological procedures, and production conditions of the Contractor of the construction, including assessment of conformity or suitability for use of an interoperability element or an EC declaration of verification of the subsystem by a notified body. b) Performance of Designer's Supervision during the construction. c) Execution of the construction according to the agreed Project Documentation. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance of the public contract is also regulated in other parts of the tender documentation.
