TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Work "Reconstruction and Supplementation of the Transmission Network for ERTMS - Supplementation of GSM-R BTS" is: a) Preparation of Project Documentation for Railway Construction Execution (PDPS), which elaborates and defines the construction requirements in detail, specifying the subject of the Work with regard to specific products, supplied technology, technological procedures and production conditions of the Contractor, including the assessment of conformity or suitability for use of the interoperability element or the EC verification declaration of the subsystem by a notified body. b) Performance of Designer's Supervision during construction execution. c) Execution of construction according to the agreed Project Documentation. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance of the public contract is also regulated in other parts of the tender documentation.
