TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter (main purpose) of the public contract is to secure a supplier of construction works for the reconstruction of the Brandejs Courtyard (farm) at the address Dvorská 1/3, Suchdol, 165 00 Prague 6, for the purpose of building a grammar school and for community and cultural purposes, in the form of design & build, where the general contractor will, together with the construction works, also provide related design and engineering activities to the contracting authority, in particular the preparation of the relevant project documentation. A detailed specification of the subject matter of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the level of detail necessary for preparation of the tender, is set out in the annexes to this tender documentation.
