TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the Public Contract is to carry out a complete reconstruction of the existing building of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague – Building B, at Thákurova 2077/7, 166 29 Prague 6 (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”), so as to ensure that, upon completion, the Work will be a modern, environmentally considerate and healthy 21st-century building achieving excellent parameters in the field of energy performance. At the same time, the Work must be fully adapted to its intended purpose, i.e. to provide comfortable and functional facilities for educating students, as well as for the teaching, research, professional and other activities of the academic staff and other employees of the Contracting Authority. The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a contract for works for the implementation of the subject of the Public Contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”).
