TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the Public Contract is to carry out a complete reconstruction of the existing building of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at CTU in Prague – Building B, located at Thákurova 2077/7, 166 29 Prague 6 (hereinafter referred to as the "Building"), in order to ensure that upon completion, the Building is a modern, environmentally friendly and healthy 21st-century building achieving excellent parameters in terms of energy efficiency. At the same time, the Building must be fully adapted to its purpose, that is to provide comfortable and functional facilities for student education, as well as for the teaching, research, professional, and other activities of the academic staff and other employees of the Contracting Authority. The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a contract for work for the execution of the subject of the Public Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract").
