TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the Public Contract is to carry out a complete reconstruction of the existing building of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of CTU in Prague – Building B, located at Thákurova 2077/7, 166 29 Prague 6 (hereinafter referred to as the "Building"), in order to ensure that after completion the Building is a modern, environmentally friendly, and healthy 21st-century building achieving excellent parameters in terms of energy performance. At the same time, the Building must be fully adapted to its purpose, i.e., to provide comfortable and functional facilities for student education, as well as for teaching, research, professional, and other activities of the academic staff and other employees of the Contracting Authority.
