TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the Public Contract is to carry out a complete reconstruction of the existing building of the Faculty of Civil Engineering CTU in Prague – Building B, at the address Thákurova 2077/7, 166 29 Prague 6 (hereinafter referred to as the “Construction”), in order to ensure that the Construction is upon completion a modern, efficient, and healthy 21st-century building achieving excellent parameters in terms of energy performance. At the same time, the Construction must be fully adapted to its purpose, i.e., to provide comfortable and functional facilities for student education as well as for pedagogical, research, professional, and other activities of the academic staff and other employees of the Contracting Authority. The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a contract for work for the implementation of the subject of the Public Contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”). The subject of the Public Contract is the processing of construction documentation and the execution of construction works during the reconstruction of the Faculty of Civil Engineering – Building B (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”), including all technology supplies.…
