TENDER DESCRIPTION

This public contract has been divided, and the part including the transformer station building is awarded by the contracting authority in a separate procurement procedure. The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the existing kitchen building, dining hall, and part of the building with classrooms for the Elementary and Nursery School Ostrava, Ostrčilova 10, PO. An additional floor will be added to the existing building for the operation of the second food serving point and the serving-area background. At the same time, a new communication section with an elevator and a staircase connecting all floors of the building will be added to the building. In the entire building, all installations will be newly carried out (in particular water, sewerage, electrical systems, low-voltage systems, air-conditioning/ventilation), and photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof. The construction also includes the supply of interior furnishings and the installation of catering equipment.
