TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of the public contract is construction work consisting of construction modifications connected with a change in the use of buildings no. 323 and no. 584 in Žatec. This is a building of the former Army Barracks (PDA). Both buildings today form a rather complex structure, consisting of two main buildings connected by a courtyard wing, standing on a floor plan in the shape of the letter “U” – the buildings also include an unsuitable cinema extension in the courtyard, which will be demolished. The plot lies on the outskirts of Žatec in the urban monument reservation zone. Although both house numbers are linked into one unit, it is a set of buildings consisting in total of three buildings in the project documentation designated as the building “A” (forming the building line with Masarykova Street), the building “B” (forming the building line of Úzká Street) and building C (connecting on the west side of the complex the buildings “A” and “B”).
