The subject of the public contract is construction work consisting in the reconstruction of the extension of Elementary School Náměstí in Kopřivnice into flats and the conversion of Elementary School Náměstí in Kopřivnice into a library. Reconstruction of the extension of Elementary School Náměstí into flats The subject of performance is a comprehensive reconstruction of the extension of the existing building of the former elementary school, consisting in a change of use into a residential building, including the implementation of an attic storey, underground parking and related technical and transport infrastructure.
