The subject matter of the public contract is construction work consisting in the reconstruction of the extension of Elementary School Náměstí in Kopřivnice into flats and the conversion of Elementary School Náměstí in Kopřivnice into a library. Reconstruction of the Extension of Elementary School Náměstí for Flats The subject of performance is a comprehensive reconstruction of the extension of an existing building of the former elementary school, consisting in a change of use to an apartment building, including the construction of an additional storey, underground parking and related technical and transport infrastructure. The scope of performance includes in particular demolition work, modifications to load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, replacement of window and door openings infills, thermal insulation and remediation of the building, installation of new technical and technological equipment of the building, internal utility distributions and connections to engineering networks, equipment for managing rainwater, construction of paved areas, earthworks and landscaping and vegetation modifications, as well as other construction, installation and technological work…
