TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the execution of the project “Reconstruction of SZCT steam x HV – Špitálka operating area – Stavební Street” in accordance with the project documentation and the tender requirements. The detailed scope of the construction works that the contracting authority requires to be carried out is specified in the PROJECT and in the bill of quantities and the schedule of prices. Delivery of the building means complete and proper execution of all construction works and structures, including the supply of the necessary materials required for the proper completion of the operationally capable work; further, performance of all activities related to the delivery of the construction works and structures, the performance of which is necessary for the proper completion of the work (e.g. construction site facilities, safety measures, etc.); the surveying/geodetic measurement of the completed structure and the preparation of a geometric plan for filing with the land registry, and securing and handing over the as-built project documentation.
