TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the performance of the public contract is the implementation of the project “Reconstruction of SZCT steam x HV – operating area Špitálka – Stavební street” within the scope defined by the project documentation and in accordance with the procurement conditions. The detailed scope of the construction works that the contracting authority requires to be carried out is specified in the PROJECT and in the bill of quantities and the schedule of prices. The supply of the building shall mean the complete and faultless execution of all construction works and structures, including the supply of the necessary materials required for the proper completion of the operationally capable work; furthermore, the performance of all activities related to the supply of construction works and structures whose performance is necessary for the proper completion of the work (e.g., construction site facilities, safety measures, etc.), the surveying/geodetic measurement of the completed structure and the preparation of a geometric plan for submission to the real estate cadastre, and ensuring and providing the project documentation of actual execution of the work.
