Rekonstrukce toalet MPSV – Na Poříčním právu 1 a Podskalská 19

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the reconstruction of sanitary facilities (men’s toilets, women’s toilets, showers, and accessible toilets), including the repair of plumbing (ZTI) in the buildings of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs – the building at Na Poříčním právu 1 and Podskalská 19. The performance includes in particular: • replacement of the internal riser pipe of the gravity foul sewerage system • replacement of doors, • replacement of wall cladding, • replacement of flooring tiles, • replacement of sanitary fixtures including water taps/mixing valves • supply and installation of equipment for sanitary rooms (showers, toilets + anterooms). • related adjustments to building structures, surfaces, and installations of plumbing (ZTI), HVAC (VZT) and electrical (electro) • bringing the affected rooms into a fully functional and operational condition.
