Rekonstrukce toalet MPSV – Na Poříčním právu 1 a Podskalská 19

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is the reconstruction of sanitary facilities (men’s toilets, women’s toilets, showers and accessible toilets) including repair of the plumbing and sanitary installations (ZTI) in the buildings of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs – the building at Na Poříčním právu 1 and Podskalská 19. The performance includes in particular: • replacement of internal riser pipework of the gravity foul sewer • replacement of doors • replacement of wall coverings • replacement of floor tiles • replacement of sanitary fixtures and fittings including water taps • supply and installation of sanitary room equipment (showers, toilets + anterooms) • related adjustments to building structures, surfaces, and installations of ZTI, HVAC (VZT) and electrical • bringing the affected rooms into a fully functional and operational condition.
