Rekonstrukce výměníkové stanice budovy Energoblok – Laboratoř životnostních zkoušek

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the reconstruction of existing spaces of the heat exchanger station in the Energoblok building in the VŠB–Technical University of Ostrava campus, with the aim of creating a laboratory workplace for installing a vibration test device with a climate chamber intended for conducting durability and climate tests, including tests of battery cells. The subject matter also includes necessary demolition works. The layout solution consists in creating a separate space for the vibration laboratory by means of new cladding/enclosure, reconstructing associated operating rooms (changing rooms, showers, toilets, day room, internal communication areas and control room), replacing the existing garage doors with new sectional roll-up doors, and adjusting the adjoining communication routes within the building. The construction also includes the installation of an outdoor cooling unit (chiller) on a separate foundation structure with fencing, and the implementation of a new outdoor steel staircase to replace the existing concrete staircase.
