TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works within the project for the reconstruction of the youth home, including related construction structures and technical infrastructure. The subject of the contract includes, in particular, comprehensive reconstruction of the existing youth home building, modernisation of the interior spaces, layout modifications, thermal insulation of the building, replacement of openings (window and door) structures, reconstruction of the roof covering, reconstruction and construction of new building services distribution lines, reconstruction of heating, plumbing and sanitation (health engineering), air-conditioning and ventilation, electrical wiring, low-current (weak-current) systems, and the electronic security system. The subject of the contract also includes the reconstruction and extension of the central boiler room, implementation of a metered (service) electrical installation, site low-voltage (NN) distribution and outdoor lighting, modification of site roads and paved areas including parking spaces, construction of a new garage, and replacement of the lift.
