TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works within the project for the reconstruction of the youth home, including the related construction structures and technical infrastructure. The subject of the contract includes in particular the comprehensive reconstruction of the existing youth home building, the modernisation of the interior spaces, layout modifications, thermal insulation of the building, replacement of opening structures, reconstruction of the roof envelope, reconstruction and construction of new building services distribution systems, reconstruction of heating, health engineering (plumbing), air-conditioning/ventilation (HVAC), electrical installations, low-current systems and an electronic security system. The subject of the contract also includes the reconstruction and expansion of the central boiler house, the implementation of a dedicated electrical device, on-site LV (low-voltage) distribution and outdoor lighting, modification of on-site communication routes and paved areas including parking spaces, the construction of a new garage and the replacement of the lift.
